Sports Physicals Available on April 18

We will be having our annual Physical Night on Thursday, April 18th from 5:30-7:30 pm in the HS gym. All athletes must have a physical on file after April 1, 2024 in order to participate in summer athletics starting June 1st. This physical will be good for the entire 2024-2025 school year. Cost is $25 and we will accept cash or check payable to ICHS Athletics. Forms can be found on our corporation website and I have attached a copy as well. Download/print these forms, fill them out ahead of time with signatures and bring them to Physical Night on 4/18. Grades 5-12 are welcome.
