Incoming 5-12 Grade Student Athletic Physicals

Indian Creek will host student-athlete physicals for incoming 5th-12th graders at the ICHS Fieldhouse on May 20 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Cost is $25 per student, cash or check only. Please enter through door 27e.
As a reminder, all student-athletes must complete a physical each year before the start of the sports season.
